OUR GOLD MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE IS YOUR PERFECT FIT.
In addition to unlimited Access to all Group Training sessions you have unrestricted access to our exclusive Nautilus 1st Generation equipment and extensive free-weight zone, including elite quality power lifting equipment.
Your training will be fully programmed & your package includes an initial orientation/instructional training consult and a personal training record.
Our Gold membership also includes the option of customised nutritional guidance.
We provide dietary targets specific to your goals and needs as well as body composition tracking & monthly progress check-ins to optimise your progress.
