Group Training
Our group training sessions change every day and are NOT RECYCLED EACH WEEK.
We always deliver new and challenging programs. You will never get bored.
Enhance your fitness outcomes with group training:

LPZ group sessions are also small enough to allow extra personal attention.
Weekly Group Training Sessions
Our group training sessions are currently held on week nights at 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
