Our group training is programmed to ensure you get maximum benefit from each and every session,

no matter what strength or fitness level you are at

Structured and periodised for progression, you will be challenged and you will see results.

The community provides encouragement and holds you accountable,

while a little healthy competition helps motivate you to push yourself harder.

LPZmethod group sessions are also small enough to allow extra personal attention.

Weekly Group Training Sessions

Our group training sessions are currently held on weekday mornings at 6am & 7am, Saturday mornings at 8am & 9am and weekday evenings at 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
