Online Training Programs

Get an effective online training program customised for your fitness goals.

These are not off the shelf programs. They're designed to consider your level of fitness and experience, as well as equipment availability. We also provide nutritional targets. as a helpful guide.

LPZmethod online programs come in two training structures:

  1. At home training without gym equipment.

  2. Fitness programs to complete in a personal or commercial gym.

Lachy's constant guidance & support got me in the best shape I've ever been in.

I came to LPZmethod after undergoing an ACL reconstruction and being couch ridden for a few months.


I had previously been going to the gym doing the same sessions over and over. I needed some outside help to break through a barrier I hadn’t been able to break before.
