Your child is welcome to attend with you any time you train at LPZmethod.

We offer fully programmed individual training as well as ​various group training options, including mum & bub specific classes, lead by Cert IV qualified trainer Paula, who will guide and support you on your journey back to strength and fitness.

 

As an experienced fitness professional and mother of 2, Paula knows first hand what it takes to rebuild your body after birth.

At LPZmethod we provide you with safe, effective and efficient training, all with your bub right by your side.

Mothers/friend groups can be offered exclusive group training timeslots.
